Zambalivery is a local food delivery platform that connects customers with participating restaurants, food businesses, and delivery riders.

Using Our Services

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity associated with it.

Orders

When you place an order through Zambalivery:

• Orders are subject to merchant availability.
• Prices, products, and availability may change.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, traffic, merchant preparation time, or other circumstances.
• Once an order has been accepted, cancellation may be subject to the merchant's and Zambalivery's applicable cancellation policies.

Payments

Customers are responsible for paying the total amount shown at checkout using the available payment method selected for the order. Additional delivery fees or applicable charges will be displayed when applicable.

Merchants and Riders

Zambalivery connects customers with independent participating merchants and delivery riders. Merchants are responsible for the food and products they provide, while riders are responsible for completing deliveries assigned through the platform.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use Zambalivery for unlawful activities
• Provide false or misleading information
• Abuse promotions, discounts, or referral programs
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the platform
• Use another person's account without authorization

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service when necessary for maintenance, improvements, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

Zambalivery will make reasonable efforts to provide a reliable platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zambalivery is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including delays caused by traffic, weather, merchant preparation, or other third-party services.
